在gotoddler买贝拉米奶粉，用了国内visa信用卡付款，结果被砍单。当天10月13日发了邮件提示我，如下

Thank-you for your order. Please not that we no longer accept orders of formula milk going to freight forwarders with any credit card. So your order is being cancelled and refunded. However you are quite welcome to place another order paying via direct deposit or via Paypal.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

10月14日我回复邮件询问什么时候款能退回来，如下，（英语差，也不知道写的对不对）

10月15日又收到gotoddler的邮件，提示退款成功，看不懂“ Bank Respone Honour With Identification”，麻烦懂得解释一下。
今天查信用卡账单，看到入账了，并没有收到退款，上一个是重新用pp付的款，下一个是visa付的款。询问有没有知道情况的，大概什么时候能收到退款，还是要继续写邮件要求退款
