7月31日在Chemist Warehouse 下了一单，也已经在澳转运作了入库预报了。可是一个礼拜多了，CW就是不发货。7月5日给我了封邮件说其中有一件缺货，让我选择是砍单发货还是继续等待，我选择了砍单发货了。可是到今天还是没有任何进展。今天又邮件问他们能不能尽快发货，还是跟我说因为缺货，可是我明明已经选了砍单发货了，还操作了两次，他们官网也显示说已经收到我的反馈。可是为什么到现在还是没有任何消息呢？
又遇到过同样问题的亲吗？要怎么办？
